Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Carefully place the items, including all original tags and authenticity certificates, into the original shipping box or a secure padded envelope.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
